- On Assistance (determine if the necessary supports are in place and that the rental amount does not exceed the amount of assistance qualified for causing an unnecessary financial burden on the tenants)
- Current Landlord & Previous Landlord (to determine how reliable of a tenant they are in regard to paying rent, etc.)
- Personal References
- Social Media / Online Check (to help determine character)
- Residential Tenancies Branch Orders System Check
- Criminal Background Check
